We are expanding our sales and marketing team and looking for energetic Telecallers to join us. Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and clients.
- Explain company projects, services, and offers clearly.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills (Tamil & basic English).
- Previous experience in telecalling or real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle client data.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and a target-driven mindset.
