Key Responsibilities: Contact hot leads (Journalists, Digital Creators, and Local Media Professionals) who have requested information about our platform. Pitch our plug-and-play Digital News Portal packages. Schedule and conduct live technical walkthroughs/demos via Google Meet (using screen share to show our easy-to-use admin panel). Drive end-to-end conversions, secure advance/token payments, and update the daily lead tracker. ???? Qualifications & Requirements: Language: Flawless, confident, and highly persuasive Hindi communication skills (Mandatory, as 100% of our clients are from the Hindi belt). Tech Skills: Basic hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Excel, and managing video calls on Google Meet. Discipline: A self-motivated individual who can maintain high productivity in a fully remote setting without constant supervision. ???? Compensation & Benefits: Fixed Base Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Based on interview performance). Incentive Structure: Heavy, uncapped commission on every single successful closure.
