As we expand our footprint across Odisha and pan-India, we are looking for a visionary, agile, and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our marketing division from our regional headquarters in Patrapada, Bhubaneswar. Job Overview As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our comprehensive marketing strategy. You will oversee brand management, digital marketing, local area marketing, public relations, and market research. The ideal candidate will combine high-level strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in both local and broader markets. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with Carrybell’s business goals.
- Brand Management: Enhance and maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring Carrybell becomes a household or highly respected B2B/B2C name in Odisha and beyond.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ad campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Local & BTL Marketing: Design targeted Below-the-Line (BTL) campaigns, community engagement programs, and local partnerships specific to Bhubaneswar and the extended Odisha region.
- Team Management: Mentor, build, and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, content creators, and agency partners.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to pivot strategies effectively.
- Budgeting & ROI Tracking: Allocate and manage the annual marketing budget, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal resource utilization. Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Experience: 7 to 12 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role (experience in the regional Odisha market is highly preferred).
- Digital Savvy: Deep understanding of modern digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.), and data-driven decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Odia is a strong advantage for local market penetration.
- Leadership Traits: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and project management skills with a track record of scaling brands.
- Locational Comfort: Ability to commute to or reside near Patrapada, Bhubaneswar. What We Offer
