Description
Job Title: Back Office Assistant Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to handle documentation, record keeping, and administrative support functions. The candidate should have prior experience in administration, MIS, and data entry roles. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of office records.
- Handle accounts-related files and ensure accurate record maintenance.
- Maintain manual registers for sales, purchases, challans, and other required records.
- Prepare manual challans and ensure proper documentation.
- Update and maintain records in MS Excel on a regular basis.
- Manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Perform data entry and MIS reporting tasks.
- Ensure systematic storage and easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate with accounts and other departments for data verification.
- Support day-to-day back-office administrative operations. Education & Experience:
- Graduation in any discipline (Commerce background will be an added advantage).
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Admin, MIS cum Data Entry, or Office Assistant role. Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Basic understanding of accounting documents.
- Good organizational and time management skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00
