Job Title Front Desk Executive Location Thalassa Beach Boutique Resort Goa Department Front Office Reports To Front Office Manager Resort Manager Job Summary The Front Desk Executive is the face of Thalassa Beach Boutique Resort and is responsible for creating a warm skilled and memorable first impression for all guests This role ensures smooth check-in check-out operations handles guest queries maintains professional communication and supports overall guest satisfaction according to hospitality standards Key Responsibilities Guest Service Operations Welcome guests with a warm friendly and professional attitude Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage guest reservations cancellations and room assignments Assist guests with information about the resort facilities local attractions and services Coordinate with housekeeping F B and other departments for guest requirements Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean presentable and well-organized Communication Coordination Handle phone calls emails and WhatsApp online inquiries in a courteous and timely manner Maintain clear communication with all departments for guest requests and operational needs Update guest profiles preferences and feedback in the PMS system Cashiering Documentation Maintain accurate billing process payments and ensure proper cash handling Prepare daily front desk reports and handovers Ensure compliance with check-in documentation requirements ID proofs registration cards etc Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional grooming and customer-centric attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment Problem-solving abilities with a positive approach Proficiency in PMS Property Management System preferred Good knowledge of English and Hindi Konkani other languages are an added advantage Qualifications Experience Minimum HSC or Diploma in Hospitality Hotel Management preferred 1-3 years of experience in Front Office Guest Relations in hotels or resorts Freshers with excellent communication and personality may also apply Work Conditions Rotational shifts weekends and festival holiday working as per resort operations Uniform and grooming standards are to be followed strictly Job Type Permanent Pay 18 000 00
