Interior project manager (Chetpet)

Hiring: Interior Project Manager Company: Shrish Lifestyle (Epoch Living) Location: Chennai Experience: 2-4 Years Industry: Modular kitchen , Interior Residential Epoch Living, a leading brand in modular kitchen solutions, is expanding its team! We are looking for a dedicated Interior Project Manager to manage and supervise modular kitchen installation works across various project sites. ✅ Key Responsibilities
- Monitor overall project execution and collect daily updates from site engineers.
- Prepare cabinet and shutter cut lists and coordinate verification with fitter teams.
- Check BOQs and coordinate with the procurement team for material processing.
- Take site measurements for production, MEP marking, and installation coordination.
- Conduct initial site measurements along with the design team.
- Coordinate with logistics and factory teams to ensure timely dispatch of materials.
- Assign work to fitters and installation teams in coordination with the Team Head.
- Ensure quality control during installation and address execution issues.
- Prepare and submit daily progress and execution reports.
- Handle service calls related to appliances, woodwork, and hardware.
- Follow up on fitter payments and closures. ✅ Requirements
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for site visits.
- 1–2 years of experience in interior or modular project execution.
- BE (Civil) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong team-handling and people-management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
