F&B; Operations Manager Location Chennai Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vegetarian restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high food quality, maintaining hygiene standards, controlling food costs, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations including kitchen and service area.
- Supervise and guide chefs, service staff, and support staff.
- Ensure quality of food, presentation, and taste consistency.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor purchases.
- Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with management for menu planning and pricing.
- Monitor POS billing, daily sales, and cash handling.
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B; operations.
- Experience in South Indian vegetarian restaurant operations preferred.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and food costing.
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems. Key Skills
