Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers directly, conducting site visits, explaining solar solutions, and converting enquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customer leads for solar projects Conduct field visits and client meetings Explain solar products, installation process, and benefits to customers Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals Coordinate with technical and project teams for site assessments Maintain customer relationship and ensure client satisfaction Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals Collect market information and competitor updates Update daily sales activities and reports to management
Required Skills Valuable communication and negotiation skills Basic knowledge of solar systems is preferred Ability to work in the field and travel locally Solid customer handling skills Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / BBA / MBA or any relevant qualification Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Experience 0–2 years experience in sales or field marketing preferred
Additional Requirements Two-wheeler and valid driving license is a must Training will be provided for solar products and sales process
Pay: ₹18,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
