1. Admission Counseling &
- Student Enrollment
- Lead Management: Act as the first point of contact for walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads regarding admissions.
- School Tours: Conduct insightful school tours for prospective parents, highlighting the school’s infrastructure, academic achievements, and CBSE curriculum highlights.
- Counseling: Guide parents through the school’s philosophy, fee structure, age criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Conversion: Follow up diligently with prospective parents to convert inquiries into successful registrations and admissions.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the admission test/interview process and coordinate the final student onboarding with the academic team. 2. Front Desk &
- Office Administration
- Visitor Management: Greet and manage parents, vendors, guests, and official dignitaries with professionalism.
- Communication: Handle the school’s central EPABX system, routing calls and emails to the respective departments.
- Database Management: Maintain and update digital and physical records of student inquiries, admissions, and withdrawals using the School ERP software.
- Notice Board &
- Grievances: Assist in routing parent grievances or queries to the appropriate coordinators or the Principal. 3. CBSE Compliance &
- Documentation Support
- Assist the administrative team in organizing student documentation required for CBSE registration (OASIS, LOC
- List of Candidates, Transfer Certificates, etc.).
- Ensure all student files are audit-ready with accurate birth certificates, previous report cards, Aadhaar cards, and migration certificates. Pay: ₹20,000.00
