- Logistics Coordination: Working with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Warehouse Operations: Organizing the warehouse layout, optimizing storage space, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Staff Management: Supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.
