Service Engineer (Mapusa)

Job Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer – Genset to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support of Diesel Generator (DG) sets at client locations. The role involves field service operations, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of DG sets at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in DG sets
- Handle servicing of DG components, control panels, and related systems
- Ensure proper load management and performance testing of DG sets
- Maintain service records, job reports, and customer feedback
- Coordinate service schedules and attend emergency breakdown calls
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Qualifications & Skills
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in DG set servicing (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of DG set operations, control panels, and load management
- Ability to work independently in a field environment
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00
