Sales Team Leader (Mapusa)

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales squad. Your mission is to drive revenue growth by managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales representatives. You aren’t just a manager; you are a closer who leads by example, a coach who identifies talent gaps, and a strategist who can turn a spreadsheet of targets into a reality. ​Core Responsibilities ​Team Performance: Oversee daily operations of the sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met (and exceeded). ​Coaching & Mentoring: Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and "ride-alongs" (or call monitoring) to provide actionable feedback on pitch delivery and objection handling. ​Strategy Execution: Implement sales workflows, scripts, and CRM best practices to improve conversion rates. ​Pipeline Management: Monitor the sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting to senior leadership. ​Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of escalation for complex customer negotiations or internal team challenges. ​Culture Building: Foster a competitive yet collaborative environment where wins are celebrated and losses are used as learning opportunities.
