Senior Service Engineer Mapusa

Key Responsibilities Manage installation, commissioning, and synchronization of multiple DG sets with mixed AVR configurations (R150, R180, etc.). Troubleshoot synchronization panels, load sharing, and alternator compatibility issues. Ensure compliance with CPCB IV+ emission norms and warranty obligations. Prepare audit-ready documentation for synchronization, commissioning, and service visits. Coordinate with vendors and service dealers for spare parts, AMC schedules, and escalation handling. Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure annual service kit utilization. Provide technical training to service engineers on synchronization and DG operations. Support sales team with technical inputs for synchronization projects in domestic and export markets.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 3–6 years of experience in DG sets, synchronization panels, and industrial power solutions. Strong knowledge of AVR configurations, load sharing, and alternator diagnostics. Familiarity with battery energy storage systems (BESS) and hybrid DG solutions preferred.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
