- Supervise and train pharmacy retail store team members to ensure that they provide excellent customer service, maintain product knowledge, and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor the inventory levels of medications, medical equipment, and other products, and place orders as needed to ensure that the store has sufficient stock
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and attractive to customers; and that all equipment is properly maintained and in valuable working order
• Manage the cash register and oversee financial transactions, including processing refunds and exchanges, and reconciling the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and making recommendations for products and services
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development within the organization
- Work with the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all prescriptions are filled accurately and in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and services, and participate in continuing education and training opportunities as needed What we are looking for :
- Bachelors degree in pharmacy or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Retail pharmacy
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
