Senior Architect (Ashoknagar)

Job Description: Preparation of Architectural and Engineering DPR which includes design calculations, detailed drawings and 3D visualisation. The candidate will manage the design studio and delegate the work efficiently and get things done from our junior staffs. The candidate should take full responsibility for the correctness of the deliverables dispatched from the studio to clients/site. The candidate should be very strict in following deadlines. Skills Required: -Good planning and designing skills(CAD & 3D). -Adept project report preparation skills and Good narrative skills. -Proficiency in delegating works to subordinates and time management skills. -Should be able to manage and steer projects independently. Education: B.Arch Work Experience: 5-10 years or above Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹40,000.00
