We’re seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Telesales Executive to handle incoming client inquiries and convert them into bookings. Key Responsibilities:  Handle inbound calls from potential clients interested in our photography services.  Understand client needs and provide detailed information about our packages, pricing, and availability.  Offer personalized recommendations and guide clients toward the most suitable photography solutions.  Build rapport with callers to foster trust and maximize conversion rates.  Follow up with leads and maintain an organized record of interactions via CRM.  Coordinate with the operations and photography teams to ensure smooth bookings and client satisfaction.  Meet or exceed sales and conversion targets from inbound inquiries. Requirements:  Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound telesales, customer service, or a related role.  Experience in photography, event management, or creative services is highly preferred.  Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.  Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a customer-first approach.  Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic office applications.  Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
