Collection Officer (Junior Division) Main Responsibilities:
- Contact individuals or businesses to collect outstanding payments
- Maintain records of accounts receivable
- Follow up on overdue accounts via calls, emails, or visits
- Negotiate payment plans
- Prepare collection reports for senior officers
