Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Manager in daily financial operations, including salary processing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in salary processing and payroll coordination
- Maintain and update accounts records and ledgers
- Handle data entry, vouchers, invoices, and billing
- Support in bank reconciliation and expense tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation
- Assist in GST-related documentation and filings (basic support)
- Prepare reports as required by the Accounts Manager
- Perform general administrative support related to accounts Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Working experience in Tally and Zoho Books
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data Experience:
- 1–3 years in a similar accounting or assistant role preferred
- Freshers with relevant training may also be considered Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits:
