Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed Ensure office cleanliness and proper functioning of equipment
Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus) Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently and as part of a team
