Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing our company's IT infrastructure. As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
• Implement and manage security measures to protect data and systems.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform routine backups and ensure data integrity.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements.

• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 2 years or above as a System Administrator or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with network protocols, security protocols, and firewalls.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
