Trainee HR (Attibele)

We are looking for a Fresher for the role of Trainee in Factory. Only immediate joiners are preferred. Location: Attibele Industrial Area, Karnataka Experience: Fresher Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee statutory compliance including:
- PF (Provident Fund)
- ESI
- LWF
- Annual / Half Yearly returns
- CLRA License/ factory License
- Ensure compliance with Karnataka labor laws and Factory Act regulations
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee attendance
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities
- Liaise with government departments and auditors when required
- Monitor contract labor compliance and vendor documentation
- Assist in HR operations and employee grievance handling Requirements
- Bachelor’s / MBA degree in HR, or related field
- Ready to stay for 5 years
- Quick learner Pay: ₹200,000.00
