Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Gauges, Jig & Fixture for assembly, components to deskilling & fool proofing of process.

Design and development of Press tools.

Proficient in working on 3D modeling and drafting(Autocad).

Mange product and component design for Life cycle management and update engineering changes in product design.

Prepare specification & Procure assembly setups, sub-assly SPM.

Work on assembly line & work station layout, Improve production processes.

Familiar with product development process from model / drawings to production.

Set up processes like welding, Assembly, Riveting.

Ability to design, develop & productionise Jigs and fixture for manufacturing switchgear components & family products.

Experience in design, manufacturing of mould will be added advantage.

Knowledge for product development cycle and practices will be added advantage.
- Improvement of productivity & consistency

- De-bottlenecking

- Reduce rejection Rates

- Improve Process lead time

- Implement automation

- Design and development of Press Tools &Fixture.; Achievement of targets as per overall KRA of the unit ===============================================
