Trainee Intern / TOE (Shendra MIDC)

- Machine Operation Set up and operate slitting machines to slit jumbo rolls into specified widths and lengths as per job orders.
- Quality Control Conduct in-process quality checks for parameters such as slit width, roll alignment, edge quality, and roll tightness. Ensure product meets internal and customer quality standards.
- Production Monitoring Monitor daily production performance and report shift-wise output, machine downtime, and material wastage.
- SAP/ERP Entry Record production data, downtime, and material movements accurately in SAP or any other production ERP system.
- Material Handling Ensure proper identification, handling, and storage of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
- 5S & Safety Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace by adhering to 5S and safety protocols.
- Maintenance Coordination Coordinate with the maintenance team for routine and preventive maintenance of slitting machines to minimize breakdowns.
