Post-Production Video Producer (Aurangabad)

Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage and mentor the editing team, assigning projects based on capacity and deadlines.
- Oversee the entire post-production workflow, ensuring consistency with JoVE standards, templates, and scripts.
- Provide feedback and training to editors, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Troubleshoot technical or editorial issues and coordinate solutions with producers and content managers.
- Ensure adherence to quality and project timelines.
- Continuously improve workflows for scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications:-
- 5+ years in video post-production, preferably in scientific, educational, or media environments.
- 2+ years managing or leading teams.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop).
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple deadlines and teams.
- Familiarity with remote post-production, cloud-based tools, and AI-assisted workflows (transcription, automation, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for science communication.
- Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana) to oversee progress and ensure timeline adherence.
- Proficiency with review and approval platforms, such as Frame.io, to facilitate feedback loops.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid paced environment.
