Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Aurangabad)

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong exposure to plant maintenance and electrical systems in manufacturing environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations through effective preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Location: Aurangabad Experience: 10–14 Years Industry: Manufacturing Company: Leading Indian MNC Key Responsibilities:
• Handling preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment
• Troubleshooting of motors, drives, PLCs, panels, transformers, and utility systems
• Ensuring minimum downtime and smooth production support
• Monitoring electrical safety standards and compliance
• Planning maintenance schedules and coordinating with production teams
• Managing spare parts and maintenance documentation
• Leading maintenance technicians and supporting continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance in manufacturing plants
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, LT/HT systems, and utility maintenance
• Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
