Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra ???? Department: Formulation Research & Development (F&D;) ???? Qualification: M. Pharm / Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics ⏳ Experience: 9 to 10 years of core OSD formulation experience Key Responsibilities #Innovate & Develop: Design and optimize robust OSD formulations (Tablets, Capsules, Pellets) using QbD and DOE principles. #Scale -Up & Tech Transfer: Lead the seamless transition of formulations from laboratory scale to pilot and commercial production, proactively troubleshooting processing issues. #Global Compliance: Ensure all development activities comply with USFDA, EMA, MHRA, and ICH guidelines. Oversee the compilation of PDRs and CTD/DMF modules. #Lead & Mentor: Guide and manage a dedicated team of scientists and research associates to achieve project milestones on time. #Collaborate : Work closely with ADL, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Production teams to streamline product pipelines. What We Are Looking For Comprehensive technical expertise in complex OSD manufacturing (granulation, fluid bed processing, compression, coating). Strong leadership, project management, and scientific writing skills. Ability to thrive in a high-tech, rapid-paced R&D; environment.
