We are Hiring A Production Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth workflow, quality output, and timely production targets. 1. Shop Floor Monitoring Observe daily production activities Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and scheduleCheck machine and operator performance 2. Production Support Help in achieving daily/weekly production targets Coordinate between workers and senior engineers Ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor 3. Manpower Coordination Assist in allocating workers to different tasks Ensure operators are following assigned dutiesSupport team discipline and efficiency 4. Quality Assistance Monitor basic quality of products during production Report defects or issues to quality team Ensure rework is minimised 5. Safety&Discipline Follow and enforce basic safety rules Ensure clean and safe working environment Report unsafe practices 6. Reporting&Documentation Maintain daily production reports (manual or Excel) Record output, downtime, and issues Share updates with senior supervisors or managers 7. Coordination with Departments Work with maintenance team for machine issues Coordinate with quality and stores departments Support smooth production flow
