Job Title Business Development Professional– Exports HV Switchgear (GIS) Job Location Siemens Limited E-76, MIDC, Waluj, Aurangabad, Gas Insulated Switchgear Do you have a brief description of this position you would like us to fill The candidate shall be responsible for Offer management of High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear for Export markets. A highly agile solution minded professional who can think out of the box and consistently exceed business expectations working in a deadline consciousness environment while striking a right balance between Siemens solutions&customers' expectations. Responsibility : Hands-on technical knowledge&expertise in GIS technology, prepare techno commercial offers independently with thorough understanding of customer requirements. Defining Go to Market Strategy, driving portfolio competitiveness by promoting value selling points to customers. Should be flexible to adopt to different regions/markets/products as per business priorities progressively.To be able to lead&collaborate with Regional Companies, Customers in establishing strong networking&relation, understanding the intercultural sensitivity. Prepare monthly MIS reporting (Eg: Order forecast analysis, Go rate, Get rate, Competitor landscape analysis etc.,) for the responsible regions&products. Qualification&Skills: Agile to work in complex, dynamic&deadline consciousness environment. Extraordinary Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team.
