Position: Accountant Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India Industry: Healthcare / Hospital Employment Type: Full Time | Permanent Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Hospital Accounts Compensation: Attractive Salary Package Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complete hospital accounting operations and financial transactions
- Management of daily accounts, cash flow, bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
- Monitoring revenue records from OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Diagnostics and TPA billing
- Preparation of GST, TDS and statutory compliance reports
- Coordination with billing, purchase and finance departments for smooth financial operations
- Preparation of monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports
- Ensuring compliance with hospital accounting policies, audit standards and financial controls
- Vendor payment management and account reconciliation Key Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification in Accounts & Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Hospital Accounts and Healthcare Finance
- Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, MIS reporting and accounting procedures
- Experience in handling hospital billing reconciliation and revenue monitoring
- Excellent analytical, communication and coordination skills
