Job Purpose<\/b> <\/p> 1. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>Drive sales growth of solar products through distributor training and customer engagement. <\/p> 2. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding high -potential partners from the solar industry and competitors. <\/p> 3. <\/span> <\/span> <\/span> <\/span>Build long -term trust with channel partners to ensure Loom Solar remains their first choice for solar solutions. <\/p> Primary Responsibilities<\/b> <\/p>
- Meet retail shops, solar dealers, and distributors daily (minimum 10 visits) to promote Loom Solar products. <\/li>
- Conduct cold calling to prospective solar dealers/customers to generate new business opportunities. <\/li>
- Develop a strong dealer network by generating leads and converting them into active partners. <\/li>
- Negotiate with dealers to position Loom Solar as their preferred brand, ensuring competitive edge over other solar companies. <\/li>
- Prepare and share customized quotations for solar product orders. <\/li>
- Update all visits, leads, and sales data in the company’s sales application. <\/li>
- Respond to dealer queries promptly to build strong relationships. <\/li>
- Ensure 30 days’ stock availability with channel partners to support smooth order fulfillment. <\/li>
- Track distributor/dealer stock movement and secondary/tertiary sales of solar products. <\/li>
- Conduct dealer/distributor training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and trust. <\/li> <\/ul> <\/p> <\/div> <\/span>

- Any Graduate. <\/li>
- 2–5 years of experience in solar product sales / channel sales / electrical product sales.<\/b> <\/li>
- Robust knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and rooftop solar solutions. <\/li>
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills. <\/li>
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet dealers and distributors. <\/li>
