Role Description

This is a full time, in office role located in Amethi, for a GM Production at Indo-Russian Rifles Private Limited. The GM Production will oversee and manage the entire production process for small arms manufacturing, ensuring timely project execution and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include streamlining production workflows, optimizing operational processes, managing supply chain activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supervising a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with various stakeholders, and driving efficiency in production schedules to meet organizational targets.

Qualifications

Solid expertise in Production Planning, Process Optimization, and Workflow Management.

Proven ability in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Cross-functional Collaboration.

Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Compliance Standards, and Safety Protocols in manufacturing.

Experience with Supply Chain Management, Vendor Coordination, and Logistics Planning.

Proficiency in using Production Management Tools and ERP software.

Sound decision-making, problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset with a focus on innovation.
