English-Language Telesales Representative (Bhanpur)

We are seeking an eloquent, driven, and highly motivated English-Language Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining excellent customer relationships.The ideal candidate possesses native or near-native English fluency, exceptional persuasion skills, and a resilient attitude toward achieving targets. Your primary goal will be to help the company grow by converting prospects into loyal customers.Key Responsibilities
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to potential leads and handle inbound inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on marketing-generated leads, pitch products/services convincingly, and effectively close deals.
- Script Utilization: Use approved company scripts to guide conversations while remaining adaptable to customer needs.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volumes and monthly sales quotas.
- Relationship Management: Build quick rapport with customers over the phone, addressing objections and complaints gracefully.
- Data Management: Accurately log, update, and maintain customer information and sales transactions in our CRM database.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of our offerings to answer customer questions accurately. Requirements and Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in spoken and written English with a explicit, neutral accent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Telesales Representative, Telecaller, or similar customer-facing sales role.
- Skills: Proven track record of strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Technical Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic telephone/dialing technologies.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain high energy throughout the day.
- Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus. Pay: ₹15,000.00
