Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for a Unit Manager based in Sultanpur. The Unit Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, mentoring and guiding team members, cultivating customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing operational tasks, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Solid sales and client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets

Effective leadership and team management abilities to inspire and monitor team performance

Knowledge of financial planning and insurance products

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to address team and customer needs

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred; Relevant work experience in the life insurance industry is a plus
