Job Description – Electrical / MEP Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical / MEP Engineer for our Turnkey Projects division. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of electrical works across interior fit-out and civil projects, ensuring quality execution, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Execute and supervise all electrical and MEP-related activities for turnkey interior and civil projects. Review electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution. Monitor site progress, installation quality, and adherence to project timelines. Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical regulations, and project specifications. Manage electrical load calculations, cable sizing, panel coordination, lighting layouts, and power distribution systems. Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services for integrated execution. Verify contractor bills, material approvals, and quantity estimations. Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily progress updates. Ensure effective resource utilization and cost control at project sites.

Required Skills Solid knowledge of electrical systems for interior and civil projects. Experience in turnkey project execution and site coordination. Ability to read and interpret electrical and MEP drawings. Knowledge of commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects. Positive communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools preferred.

Candidate Profile B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and MEP execution. Experience in turnkey interiors, fit-outs, and civil construction projects is mandatory. Ability to handle multiple sites and project coordination independently.

Pay: ₹60,000.00
- ₹90,000.00 per month
