- Pitching
- Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and budget constraints.
- Deliver engaging, highly persuasive product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Articulate the company's value proposition clearly to differentiate from competitors. Negotiation &
- Closing
- Draft and present accurate price quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Handle objections confidently by offering creative solutions and flexible terms.
- Negotiate contract terms effectively to secure profitable, win-win deals. Relationship Management &
- Admin
- Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Log all customer interactions, pipeline updates, and sales metrics accurately in the CRM software.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets set by management. Required Skills and QualificationsExperience &
- Technical Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience (B2B, B2C, retail, or tech sales preferred).
- Education: High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
- Software: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams). Core Competencies
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with robust active listening abilities.
- Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- High resilience, self-motivation, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
