– Electrical / MEP Engineer Department: Projects – Turnkey Interiors & Civil Location: As per Project Requirement Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Equivalent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical / MEP Engineer for our Turnkey Projects division. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of electrical works across interior fit-out and civil projects, ensuring quality execution, compliance, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise all electrical and MEP-related activities for turnkey interior and civil projects.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress, installation quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage electrical load calculations, cable sizing, panel coordination, lighting layouts, and power distribution systems.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and other MEP services for integrated execution.
- Verify contractor bills, material approvals, and quantity estimations.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and daily progress updates.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control at project sites. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems for interior and civil projects.
- Experience in turnkey project execution and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of commercial, residential, and hospitality fit-out projects.
- Valuable communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools preferred. Candidate Profile
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and MEP execution.
- Experience in turnkey interiors, fit-outs, and civil construction projects is mandatory.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and project coordination independently. Pay: ₹60,000.00
