ob Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager with strong exposure to turnkey interior fit-out projects for corporate offices and healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new client opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing long-term relationships with corporate clients, PMC consultants, architects, procurement teams, and project stakeholders. The role demands a strong understanding of interior turnkey solutions, client acquisition strategies, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and project coordination from lead generation to project closure. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate interiors, healthcare, commercial, and turnkey fit-out sectors.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, industry events, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, PMCs, procurement teams, and corporate decision-makers.
- Develop client engagement strategies to expand the company’s market presence and business pipeline. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, capability presentations, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and closure of projects.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and execution teams for accurate project costing and solution planning. Key Account Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as a single point of contact for key clients and ensure timely resolution of concerns. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the interior fit-out industry.
- Identify new market segments and strategic partnerships for business expansion.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates. Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with design, projects, estimation, and procurement teams for smooth project handovers.
- Support management with business growth strategies and market insights. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within the interior fit-out or turnkey projects industry.
- Proven experience in corporate office and healthcare interior projects.
- Strong network with corporate clients, architects, consultants, PMCs, and procurement teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of turnkey interior execution processes and commercial aspects.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal preparation.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced target-driven environment. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Solid leadership and client-handling capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
