Prerequisites- AI tools, automation, HR tech, or related academic/project exposure preferred

We are looking for a tech-savvy and driven skilled to support our HR Tech & Automation team in designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the automation of Role Profile Creation processes

Assisting in the development and tracking of AI-based Performance Tracking Systems

Coordinating with internal HR teams to implement AI-driven workflow solutions

Ensuring proper data handling, workflow optimization, and reporting support

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or HR tech software

Solid data handling, analytical, and reporting skills

Excellent coordination and process-oriented mindset

Ability to optimize workflows and manage documentation efficiently
