Position Title: Area Sales Manager Salary: 40,000– 45,000 CTC Location: UP ( Maharajganj, Amethi, Fatehpur) Preferred Industry: Agriculture/Agri inputs/Agri equipments Role Overview The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading branch-level sales operations, driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and ensuring achievementof business targets. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution in the field.Key Responsibilities• Lead sales for the assigned territory. • Drive monthly and annual sales targets in alignment with organizational goals. • Execute local sales strategies to capture market share in the assigned territory. • Provide feedback on sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting structure. • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) for smooth execution. Eligibility Criteria • Education: MBA (Sales / Marketing preferred).• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably branch-level. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Willingness to travel and manage field operations.
