Quantity Surveyor (Sultanpur)

Key Responsibilities
- Quantity Take-offs: Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and design specifications to accurately measure the materials required (e.g., drywall, flooring, false ceilings, glazing). [1, 2, 3]
- BOQ & Quotation Creation: Develop detailed Bills of Quantities and prepare competitive cost estimates and tenders for clients. [1, 2]
- Price Analysis & Negotiation: Solicit quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, and analyze market rates for labor and materials. [1, 2]
- Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials that maintain the design intent and quality standards. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
