Education

M.Sc. In Biotechnology/Microbiology) with 5 yrs. of experience OR

M.Sc. (Clinical Embryology) With 6 Yrs. Of Experience.

Work Location: Ataraulia, Azamgarh(U.P)

Salary – No bar for deserving candidates

Role & Responsibilities

- Adhere to Embryology SOP and protocols as defined by the company.
- Manage the IVF Lab, all assets in the lab and andrology function
- Daily supervision of all check points, i.e., sterility, cylinder level, temperature, etc
- Lab & Inventory management (TQM)
- Patient data recording & research
- Semen sample preparation
- Proficiently carry out procedures in the lab
- Embryo culture, Andrology, ICSI, vitrification, andrology, embryo biopsy, time lapse, laser hatching.
- Train and administratively manage the Lab technicians at the center.
- Ensure ethical practice as per ICMR and existing government guidelines.
- Drive high success rates as per defined protocols.
- Diagnostic Semen Analysis & Semen Preparation for Treatment
- Oocyte Retrieval (Ovum Pick-ups) & Denudation
- Insemination, including ICSI / IVF
- Fertilization Check
- Cryopreservation Gamete / Embryo
- Culture dish preparation
- Participate in laboratory maintenance tasks & assist in validation within the laboratory
- Assist in the management & maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Oversee the procurement of laboratory products & services
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures
- Meet laboratory Key Performance Indices for all critical laboratory tasks
- 1Participate in internal & external QA, & achieve a satisfactory level of performance
- Assist in the implementation of decisions concerning embryology department

Customer

- Maintain purchase orders for all laboratory processes and monitor inventory for same and coordinate same with purchase department.
- Exercises autonomous professional responsibility for assessment of and provision for the counselling needs of patients.
- Maintaining highly complex, sensitive information, taking into account confidentiality whilst maintaining patient safety.

People

- Promotes and maintains valuable working relationships within the team and other unit
- Sharing information, knowledge and learning from demonstrated expertise

Work Experience

- Having 5-10 years of experience in Clinical Embryology
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen to various opinions and propose constructive solutions
- Familiarity with laboratory quality control, inspection and troubleshooting procedures.
- Excellent knowledge transfer and management skills
