The ideal candidate is empathetic, professional, and ambitious, with strong knowledge of VIP customer management in gaming, online entertainment, marketing services, or other client-focused industries. You will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with VIP clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and implementing strategies to retain and engage them. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of VIP clients, providing personalized service and tailored experiences.
- Build and maintain close one-on-one relationships with VIP customers to ensure loyalty and long-term engagement.
- Proactively monitor VIP activity, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions promptly.
- Support customer retention strategies, focusing on maximizing engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver consistent, high-quality VIP experiences.
- Assist in planning and executing VIP events, promotions, and exclusive campaigns.
- Analyze client behavior and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular reports on VIP activity and KPIs. Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French languages (both spoken and written)
- Solid customer service and retention experience; able to assist clients patiently and empathetically
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients; ability to develop trust and strong relationships
- Experience in VIP account management in gaming, online entertainment, marketing services, or other client-focused industries
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
- Analytical mindset with a business-oriented approach to decision-making
- Mature, ambitious, and knowledgeable of the VIP account management role
- Excellent communication skills across multiple channels Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience in sales retention or VIP customer management within iGaming, online entertainment, marketing services or similar industry
- Calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor in high-pressure situations
