Job Summary The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store ensuring excellent customer service achieving sales targets maintaining inventory and managing the staff effectively Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and performance
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Supervise train and motivate store staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints effectively
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock replenishment
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Schedule staff shifts and maintain attendance records
- Control shrinkage and prevent theft or loss Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail store management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
