Production Manager (Baddi)

Company Description Established in 1961, C & E Limited is a leading provider of quality leather chemicals with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:2007 certifications. The company manufactures a wide range of processing and finishing chemicals for the leather and other industries, ensuring REACH compliance for European markets. C & E also offers specialty chemicals for technical textiles, acrylic polyols, paint, PU coatings, PVC additives, auxiliaries, and shoe finishes. Role Description This is a full-time in office role as an Operations Manager at C & E Limited in Baddi. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day activities, implement operational policies and procedures, ensure production efficiency, manage resources, and optimize operational processes to meet company goals.
· Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, and Process Improvement skills
· Experience in implementing operational policies and procedures
· Resource management and optimization skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field . Knowledge of ISO quality standards and regulations is a plus Qualifications. . B-Tech Chemical, Diploma In Chemical. Experience:
