Company Description Autolokate is India’s first vehicle identity and road safety network, leveraging a QR-powered smart sticker to provide every vehicle with a digital identity. This innovative system helps families access real-time alerts, location tracking, and faster emergency response in critical situations. With over 310 million vehicles in India lacking a digital emergency infrastructure, Autolokate is building connectivity solutions to enhance vehicle, personal, and public safety. The platform has already gained traction with 1.8 lakh+ users joining organically, demonstrating the demand for a seamless safety network. We are advancing ground-breaking initiatives in vehicle identity, emergency response, mobility technology, and public safety infrastructure. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Designer. The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver cutting-edge and user-centric solutions. Responsibilities include conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, developing visual designs, and ensuring seamless user experiences in alignment with business goals. The role will also involve applying design thinking approaches to drive product decisions and addressing user challenges effectively. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Visual Design and Product Design principles, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Design Thinking methodologies to create innovative and user-centric solutions
- Experience in User Research and UX Research, including gathering insights and analyzing data to understand user behavior
- Ability to create intuitive and accessible designs that enhance user experiences across digital platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience in mobility or safety technology is a plus
