We are expanding our manufacturing team and looking for a skilled CNC Tool and Cutter Grinder Operator to set up, program, and operate state-of-the-art multi-axis grinding machines like Rollomatic & ANCAs

Role:

Setup & Operate: Safely set up and operate multi-axis CNC Grinding machines (such as ANCA, Rollomatic, Walter, or Tool Studio platforms) to manufacture and re-sharpen high-quality solid carbide round tools (end mills, drills, reamers, custom profiles).

Program & Edit: Utilize machine software to load programs, perform test runs, and make critical offsets to ensure parts meet manufacturing specifications.

Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, vision systems like Zoller) to perform first approval and in-process inspections.

Wheel Dressing & Maintenance: Select, mount, and dress diamond and CBN grinding wheels according to material specs. Perform routine machine maintenance.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC Tool and Cutter Grinding specifically focused on round tools.
