- Absence Management (Functional), responsible for delivering functional consulting, solution configuration, and production support for Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence modules for clients in the United Kingdom. - Gather and analyze business requirements related to Time and Labor and Absence Management and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion OTL and Absence Management functionalities in line with client requirements and best practices.
- Support end-to-end implementation cycles, including requirement workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, user training, and post-go-live support for OTL and Absence modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations, reports, and extensions related to Time and Absence.
- Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions for incidents and service requests.
- Prepare and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, and user guides for OTL and Absence Management.
- Advise stakeholders on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices, current features, and release impacts for Time and Absence.
