Summary Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced ETL Manager who brings a strong blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership capability. This role will oversee the design, development, and optimization of ETL processes while managing a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SSIS, and data modeling, along with a proven background in leading data engineering teams. This is a critical role driving both delivery excellence and technical strategy.

Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ETL developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and qualified growth
- Design, develop, and oversee ETL pipelines using SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Provide hands-on support in building and optimizing complex SQL queries and data transformations
- Define and enforce best practices for ETL development, data integration, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions
- Oversee data modeling and data warehouse design to support enterprise reporting and analytics
- Monitor ETL workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Drive performance tuning initiatives across ETL processes, including indexing, partitioning, and query optimization
- Support cloud data strategy and contribute to modernization efforts within Azure environments
