Growth Lead — Mirnest Full-time
· Remote (India-based) Mirnest is hiring our first Growth Lead. We're a UK subscription play kit launching this August — kits of expert-curated toys for babies 0–24 months, designed by paediatric occupational therapists, returned and rotated between families. Lovevery's model, UK-first, circular (parents return kits when done and get new kits sent every 2-3 minths) c.100 people on our marketing list. Inventory landing in July. Now we need someone to turn the next 6 months into 1,000+ paying subscribers. The role You own the number, not the output. Your KPI is paying subscribers acquired through content. We give you a small paid budget, full creative control, and the brand. You tell us what footage you need; we film it on our phones in the UK and send to you. What you'll do
• Build and run the content engine across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Brief us (founder + UK paediatric OT) on what to film, then edit, caption, schedule, and post
• Set up measurement: UTM links, discount codes, conversion tracking
• Run a small paid budget to amplify what works
• Report weekly on cost-per-subscriber and what's driving conversion Who I'm looking for The strongest filter: you've grown your own brand, product, or audience to real traction — not just managed someone else's channels. Could be a Substack, a podcast, a niche Instagram, a small D2C side project, a personal brand with genuine pull. The instinct for what makes people stop scrolling and pull out a card is something you've built in your own work, not just learned in someone else's playbook. Beyond that:
• 3–5 years driving growth through content, ideally for UK or Western D2C brands
• Specific experience converting social engagement to paid subscribers or sales (not just followers)
• Can show specific brands, specific numbers
• UK cultural fluency Not a fit if
• You measure success in followers or impressions
• You need someone to brief you on what to post each week
• You've only managed channels for big established brands and never built audience from zero Compensation ₹75,000/month base + up to ₹25,000/month performance bonus tied to subscriber milestones (250 / 500 / 1,000 cumulative). 3-month probation.
