Meta Ads Expert Baddi

Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Meta Ads Expert responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related placements). The Meta Ads Expert will manage the full campaign lifecycle, including audience research, account structure, campaign setup, ad creation, budget allocation, and ongoing performance optimization. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring key metrics, conducting A/B tests, adjusting bids and budgets, refining targeting, and iterating on creatives and copy based on performance data. The role will also involve creating performance reports, generating insights, and communicating recommendations to internal stakeholders and/or clients. Collaboration with content, design, and marketing strategy team members is expected to ensure consistent messaging and effective funnels.

Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in Meta Ads Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, including campaign structure, audience targeting, and bid/budget management. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Meta Ads Manager and related analytics tools and translate insights into clear actions. Ability to collaborate on or direct ad creative and copy, including testing variations of headlines, visuals, and calls to action. Solid understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, including pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and basic retargeting and lookalike strategies. Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access, effective time management, and clear written and verbal communication skills. Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or info-product funnels is highly beneficial. Familiarity with complementary platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, landing page builders, email marketing tools) is a plus. Relevant education or training in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required with solid practical experience.
